This Privacy Policy explains how the QuantRival app for iPhone (the "App") and the flooriqapp.com website (the "Site") handle information. "We", "our" and "us" refer to the developer of QuantRival.
The short version: the App does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your practice history stays on your device.
To show your progress, the App saves your game sessions, scores, P&L, accuracy, streaks, study plan and brain teaser progress. This data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage. It is not sent to us or to any third party, and we cannot access it.
The App does not sync your data to iCloud or any server. If you delete the App, this data is deleted from your device.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. The App uses Apple's StoreKit to check, on your device, which purchases are active on your Apple ID so it can unlock premium features. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you choose to share a result card, the App opens Apple's standard share sheet and you decide where it goes. We do not receive a copy.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed to resolve your request.
The Site is a static website without accounts, cookies for tracking or analytics. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the Site. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font is requested; see the Google Privacy Policy.
QuantRival is intended for students and adults preparing for careers in finance. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the App does not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You can erase your in-app data at any time by deleting the App. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect, and describe material changes in the App Store release notes.
